Description

The 5 senses, a corner unit, located on the 3rd floor and fenestrated on 3 sides, is designed and oriented in such a way as to seduce your senses.

Sight: a breathtaking panorama of the St. Lawrence River and the mountains of Baie-Saint-Paul, from inside or from the private, covered balcony. Cozy interior, enveloping colors, candles, two large televisions.

Touch: importance given to the comfort of sofas and beds, cushions, yoga mats available, throws for softness. There is also equipment  to lay out your winter sports equipment.

Taste: fully equipped kitchen for preparing and tasting, availability of fondue pan, raclette, waffle iron, spices, etc. Cellar in order to have an ideal temperature for your wines.

Smell: enjoy the aromas of a good coffee (Nespresso machine and a manual espresso machine for purists). Enjoy essential oils (diffuser), smell the fresh and pure air of Charlevoix.

Hearing: quality music (and TV) in the living room and in the large bedroom, guitar available, tranquility, muffled sounds.

  • Two spacious bathrooms including towels, hairdryer, flat iron, towel warmer and cosmetic products (soaps, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner);
  • A fully equipped high-end kitchen, including toaster, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, coffee and tea;
  • Two bedrooms with large beds (Queen) and a third with 2 double bunk beds for a total of 8 occupants. One of the large beds (Queen) is adjustable.

Security Deposit Policy:
For each stay, a deposit of $400 is required to cover any damages of less than $400 or a penalty following a breach of the rules below. You must inform the manager as soon as a breakage or damage occurs so that it can be assessed. The tenant is liable for material damage and bodily injury occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except material damage resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural disasters and technological. The tenant agrees to hold the manager clear of any claim presented resulting from the damage for which he is responsible, and for any costs incurred as a result of the damage caused to the property.

A pre-authorization of CAD 400.00 is due 1 day before arrival and released 1 day after departure.

Downloads of illegal content are strictly prohibited. (e.g. movies, music, software)

Tobacco and drugs
The apartments, their terrace and balcony as well as the common areas of the building are completely non-smoking. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and make sure to throw cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose. The use of cannabis or other drugs is strictly prohibited on the entire property.

Pets
With the exception of customers who have reserved apartments 103, 108, 109, 405, 406 and 411, no pets will be tolerated. Customers who have reserved one of the apartments that accepts animals (103, 108, 109, 405,406,411) are required to keep them on a leash outside the apartments and to pick up their needs.

Noises and Party
Out of respect for neighboring apartments, please reduce noise and turn off all music after 10 p.m. No parties are allowed. If a client or one of his guests disturbs the tranquility of other clients, the manager reserves the right to expel the client and his guests, without any notice or refund of the stay.

Parking
The number of parking spaces included in the rental of each apartment is two. Charging stations for electric cars are reserved for customers who have reserved one of the following apartments: 201, 211, 308, 311, 403, 404, 406, 407, 411.

Payment policy
50% to be paid at time of booking. Balance remaining 1 day before arrival.

Cancellation policy
100% refundable, if cancellation is made at least 15 days before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after.

ID
A copy of a photo ID will be requested following your reservation to authenticate you.

Security Deposit
A pre-authorization of CAD 400.00 is due 1 day prior to arrival and released 14 day later.
