The entertainment penthouse . 4th floor unit with mezzanine and cathedral ceiling. Decorated in full color with a breathtaking view of Baie-Saint-Paul to impress. Everyone will find here a privileged space according to the chosen entertainment. Board games and reading upstairs, as well as a lounge for film buffs, or gathering for group discussions, music and cooking in the common area.

- Two spacious bathrooms including towels, hairdryer and cosmetic products (soaps, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner);
- A fully equipped high-end kitchen, including toaster, dishes, utensils, Nespresso machine, coffee and tea;
- Three bedrooms, one with a King bed, one with a Queen bed and a third with a single over double bunk bed. A sofa bed on the mezzanine completes the whole for a total of 8 occupants.

For each stay, a deposit of $400 is required to cover any damages of less than $400 or a penalty following a breach of the rules below. You must inform the manager as soon as a breakage or damage occurs so that it can be assessed. The tenant is liable for material damage and bodily injury occurring in or on the rented building during the rental period, for any reason whatsoever, except material damage resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural disasters and technological. The tenant agrees to hold the manager clear of any claim presented resulting from the damage for which he is responsible, and for any costs incurred as a result of the damage caused to the property.
Downloads of illegal content are strictly prohibited. (e.g. movies, music, software)
The apartments, their terrace and balcony as well as the common areas of the building are completely non-smoking. Please use the appropriate spaces outside and make sure to throw cigarette butts in the places intended for this purpose. The use of cannabis or other drugs is strictly prohibited on the entire property.
With the exception of customers who have reserved apartments 103, 108, 109, 405, 406 and 411, no pets will be tolerated. Customers who have reserved one of the apartments that accepts animals (103, 108, 109, 405,406,411) are required to keep them on a leash outside the apartments and to pick up their needs.
Out of respect for neighboring apartments, please reduce noise and turn off all music after 10 p.m. No parties are allowed. If a client or one of his guests disturbs the tranquility of other clients, the manager reserves the right to expel the client and his guests, without any notice or refund of the stay.
The number of parking spaces included in the rental of each apartment is two. Charging stations for electric cars are reserved for customers who have reserved one of the following apartments: 201, 211, 308, 311, 403, 404, 406, 407, 411.
50% to be paid at time of booking. Balance remaining 1 day before arrival.
100% refundable, if cancellation is made at least 15 days before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after.
A copy of a photo ID will be requested following your reservation to authenticate you.
A pre-authorization of CAD 400.00 is due 1 day prior to arrival and released 14 day later.
